WTF? I can understand the corrections, etc. up until the main gear touches down but why on earth does he do that with the nose gear?

It has to have been video-shopped or whatever video manipulation software is out there.
I wouldn't have expected the nose gear to take that kind of pounding. Those spindly little wheels.

Either it's "video-shopped" or its one of those early issues with the A320 where the Flight Management Computers went nuts (happened 2-3 times in the early service life of the type)

Either one of those would explain things to me.

I remember seeing this a few years ago on a forum, the consesus was that it was fake (couple of airline pilots and ATC controllers included). I think it may even have been from an advert or something but my memory isn't that good ...
