I'm talking about my money not what YOU thought (Eric! )

I went and made an offer on a set of 19" BBS's. That's all I'm going to say for now, because the offer hinges on the seller having to wait for a couple of weeks before I can actually pick the wheels up. Still may fall through. But I'm so excited I couldn't hold it in - had to share it

BBS would look great in combination with your mods Which type have you gone for?

I can only say that they weigh ~26 pounds per wheel (without tire) in 19" size and I will probably end up with a square setup

The seller wants me to pay extra because I'm making him wait, so we'll see if this works out.

In the meantime, one of the options I looked at, but decided they might end up looking really cheap, are these VMR Magnum 19's:

they are discontinued now and there are a few sets floating around the internet at a good low price. I like how minimalist they are, but at the same time, like I said, I really want to avoid "cheapifying" the look of the car.

You never can go wrong with BBS. Good luck with the deal going through.

Yeah, I figured, better have a used set of BBS than a new set of Breytons. Though, if the deal doesn't work out, I might go with Breytons after all.

Thank you, brother!

Seller confirmed - if all goes as planned, I'm picking them up on Nov 6th

I'm getting them used and these are a square set. I was actually contemplating to, maybe, down the road get a pair of 10's for the rear in the same BBS style. But for now, I think I'll try the square setup with spacers in the rear and see how it works/looks

Yeah, especially wheels - its like the one upgrade that I waited on for the LOOOOONGEST time... and now I have to wait another two weeks

Still though, I'm already all excited to imagine what the car will look like after I throw them on and do the drop wait what? oh, that's like a whole 'nother thread for later - still haven't found the Bilsteins...
