I am driving a towtruck sometimes...
The towtruck driver has to know how to tow any kind of vehicle in any situation. If he isn't sure he has to ask his dispatcher or boss, or call another towtruck.
The towtruck driver is allways fully responsible for his load!
No one else!!!

What really annoys me is, that most of those jerks that tow cars like that, will tell you that it is okay, because it is a stick shift and in neutral.
But it is not okay.
There are cars, like the Jaguar, if I load it on a flat bed and it is an automatic, I have to put it in neutral and secure it to the towtruck so it can't fall off. If I leave it in park I damage the tranny, just from that little movement it still has on the truck.
Or cars with air suspension. Same story. If I leave them in park I damage the suspension.
