Just turned freakin' 49. Hell, I've got socks older'n some of the guys on this Board! I'm lovin' my 545i SP, though. I had a M-B E500 and a Porsche Boxster S. Dumped the E500 for the 545i, and am SO glad. The 545i is a far, far better piece of machinery than the M-B. Miss the Boxster, and will probably get another pure sports car. The 545i handles more like my Boxster than my E500 did, and rides better that the E500 to boot. Best car, overall, I've ever owned.

Just wondering.. how are some of you able to afford such a car ($55K+) at such a young age, 16-24?

I have to agree with you!! I guess if you don't buy one young, your $$ goes to pay for a house, private school, braces, vacations... I just turned 45 and bought my first BMW!
