How Many times a day
My only salvation at the moment is in reading and writing in this forum - and it will remain that way until 24th June. I seem to get some kind of parasitic joy out of reading about other people getting their cars. Anyway, at the weekends I must be logging on about about 8 to 10 times a day - anyone better that???
BTW - I'll be in Orlando next week working very hard (not) at a conference so any Floridians care to drop by and take me for a spin I'd be most appreciative.

PS MY NYLON DAYS ARE BEHIND ME LONDON E60-530D!!!!!

As we all seem to be "coming out"
about our board obsession, I have been known to sit at work in a VERY boring period, frequently pressing F5 waiting for the post counts to be refreshed.*
* NB this happens less frequently now I actually have a car in my possesion

Johnboy, the medical software we run in my surgery has a nice function, a small browser window for checking latest medical updates etc....funnily enough I have the forum running on it throughout the day!.......sad or what!!
jonboy,
i hope you're at least doing that with your laptop by the pool. By the way, why not go for a visit to some BMW dealers in Orlando, and compare the US models with UK ones. I think the prices for the aggregate features may well be lower in the US. The only thing is that they won't sell the diesels here for whatever reason. And of course most of the individual features are bundled in the US.
You could even go for some test drives with some of their cars. Just be careful of those right hand drivers in the wrong lanes.

Jonboy, I first test drove a 545 in orlando a couple of months ago. The sales manager uses it as a daily driver. The dealership is just north of downtown about 30 min from the Peabody (on a good day) right off I 4. The test loop has some pretty good twisties for Florida. Go for it!
