How I feel today (work-related)

Some days, the morons just come
out of the wood-work with their heads
wedged firmly deep inside their asses.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has
to deal with incompetent people on a
daily basis...
In fact, I have this picture printed out
and framed and sitting on my desk.
It serves me well on days like this....

I totally can relate although I have pretty much solved that problem now -- if the folks who work for me can cut it, I don't put them on my cases again.
But when I was much younger, more junior and not in a position to do anything about it, this drove me nuts.
Just as a FYI, I think this thread belongs in the Lounge.

I wish it were that simple. It's a CSR rep that handles my account.
This person must be related to the CEO of the company that they
work for.
What I fail to understand in my many years as a businessman....is how/why
some companies allow this type of piss-poor performance to be accepted
from one of their CSR reps. This has been an on-going issue now for the
past year and a half, and I have done everything in my power to try and
remedy the situation, including but not limited to: offering to come down there
to properly train this individual to handle my account. Escalating produced
nothing more than a circle jerk of their "C" level executives sitting around
my office promising me that "this matter will be resolved".
Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. It's too early to start drinking
