How to get the Ecto-1 in San Diego?

All-
Since there are so many people on the forum from San Diego, I wanted to reach out and see if anyone had any suggestions. There is an event coming up in 3 weeks (Comic-Con 7/24) and I'd like to display the Ecto-1 (car from Ghostbusters) near the San Diego Convention Center.
Anyone have any connections with city officials or ideas?
