So its summer time, the weather is warm and its barbeque season!!! So how does everyone out there like their Hot Dog? Any particular type of dog you have to have? With or without relish? If the sushi topic is getting this much love, i'm sure there are some hot dog lovers out there!!!

We in Pittsburgh put ketchup on our dogs.....and I add some pickle too. The dogs at the "Original Hot Dog Shop" or the "O" near the Pitt campus are some of the best in the country...came in 2nd only to Nathan's on the last AOL poll I saw. MMmmmmmmmmm. I just had 2 this past weekend. And their fries are unreal too!
BBQ'd smokies are great on the grill but truly the best hot dog is a "steamy". Use a vegetable steamer - steam the bun too for about 30 seconds at the end. Ketchup (must be kept cold in the fridge), mustard, and optionally shredded cheese. Ooooooh yeah!

They MUST be grilled, all beef with charring and blisters
after that I don't care WHAT is put on them, it's kind of a combination of hot dog and bacon. Also Aidell's sausages are great on the grill!!
