How do I ship and bumper cover & sills?

I need to ship a bumper cover (front and back actually) and sill from TX to PA. FED EX and UPS seem to think it's too big. How do I ship this economically...weighs next to nothing but the boxes are big. 60x24x36 & 84x12x12 inches!
