Correct. And you know...there's one thing i never understood. How come in USA, like in movies, when a car chase starts the idiot keep on going and going and ging till either he dies and probably more innocent along with him or he is forced to stop after serious damages?! I mean ok you might do that with a real chance to escape in other countries but not in USA. Once they get a chopper in the air...imo it's over. In fact it's over as soon as you decide to run since where's one police car there will soon be more and a chopper. I dunno where do they get that...in the movies maybe?!

The same with armed robbers. When you see 1 police car probably in 5 minutes there would be 10 and in 30 minutes SWAT. And then what?! I mean how idiot can you be. Why die or double yor sentence?!
