not a big deal. the car was clearly seized in a drug bust like most fancy police cars. it says so on the windsheild. granted, they could auction it off and fix some pot holes, but throwing a light bar on this car was cheaper than buying a new crown vic, and it instills some pride in the local police department, and it is cool...
