That is partially true. After Bambi told pay pal and ebay what happened they pulled they money from the sellers account and refunded $175 to Bambi. So now the seller will not release the wheels to Bambi till that money is returned but Bambi is afraid that if he returns the moeny he'll still keep the wheels. Will need to work somthing out.

EBMCS03, thanks for explaning the situation for me. I didn't send him the $175 which was refunded by Paypal because I'm afraid that guy wouldn't send me the items even after I've send him these money. 
That's why I asked EBMCS03 to go pick up the rims for me and pays the seller the $175 at the same time. In that way I can be sure the $175 will get me those rims.
I haven't even metioned that the seller has charged me $260 for shipping and so far he has only used $80 for shipping the first 2 rims. So he is still making $180 extra. And now I don't need him to pay for shipping the rims to me and instead I'll have EBMCS03 to ship them on my cost.
But oh well, I'm willing to give this little extra to have the situation solved.
It's just so frustrated that people in this world are like this and give other honest people so many trouble.
Anyway, I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to EBMCS03 for doing all this for me and organizing other people to work this out. And I also want to say a BIG THANK YOU to whoever who're going to help EMBCS03 on the situation! Joe....

No, EBMCS03 could not make it b/c he got called into work. Anyhow, we waited around for 10 minutes without anyone answering the door. We then decided to go back Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, neither Nolan222 nor EBMCS03 were able to go. So, I went solo. Same exact thing. No one home. Spoke to the neighbor and found out that the family is "shady." That was the word the neighbor used! Sorry, Bambi.
