HELP needs in LA area

My Ride: 2008 X6 xDrive 3.5
I need help from my fellow forum members here in LA area. This is the story:I've purchased a set of 4 rims and tires set from an eBay member in Los Angeles about 40 days ago. All money has been paid to him but he's just extremely lazy and answered only 2 of my 100's messages. I managed to get him to send 2 rims and tires to me about 20 days after the auction but after that he just didn't reply to any of my phone or email messages.
The problem is I'm in Toronto Canada and cannot go pursuit this matter further. I wonder if anyone in LA area can give me a hand and go to that guy's house and give him pressure or even picking up the rims for me and ship it.
I'm willing to give a REWARD to whoever can successfully retrieve the items for me and ship it.
Of course I'll pay for the shipping on top. That guy lives in GRANADA HILLS.Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You have his address and contact info? and copies of the e-mail and ebay auction to show that he is the seller and you paied for the rims?
Maybe we can gather a few E60 bullies here and go get those rims.

Under Paypal policy, they have granted me a refund from that guy but as long as he does't deposit any money into his Paypal account I will not be able to get anything back. And that's exactly what he has done and eBay has suspended his account already.

Cool. Ask and see what he says if someone is going to go and pick up the rims from him. See if he'll care and will be willing to give them up.

Thanks guys! I've tried to call him but once he realized it's me then he just hang up on me. I've already left him a message saying that a friend of mine will drop by his house to pick up the rims.
EBMCS03 maybe you can help me out just to call him and say you are my friend and want to arrange the pick up, and see if he will hang up on you too. Can I MSN you and give you more detail?
