Thanks guys!

I had a nice present from the KLPD, the Dutch traffic police; a EUR 170 speeding ticket..

He did me a favour though, he could have taken my license. Was doing 170 kph in a 100 kph zone..

BTW You lucky....

I had almost lost my pink paper (driving lisence) taken away when doing "only" 170 where 120 was allowed.

Today i went to the Cebit in Hannover and had mine on 260 speedo for the forst time!
Autobahn is great!

I asked him if he'd buy it if I'd tell him I was looking on the wrong scale. Wasn't far of 100 mph in a 100 kph area..

He was reluctant to take my license bcause I am living abroad. He showed me his list of offences that could be fined for on the spot if committed by foreigners. The highest one for speed was doing 140 in a 100 zone. I guess he couldn't be arsed with the paperwork. Lucky me.
