naw its not like that. for sure i know his name is john. well in my case, "mang" is just a filippino (some might consider it fob haha) thing me and my friends call each other instead of "man". the reason i said its a "filippino thing" is just because its only me and my filippino friends that say it. since ecf used it, it reminded me of it so yeah.. felt like saying it too haha.
