In Texas its all about getting thier money guilty or not, so 99% of the time you can just get probation so it doesnt show up on your drivers record, hell thats even if the cop decides to show, if he doesnt then its just dismissed.

Congrats! I received the same ticket as yours for "beating the red light" when in fact i didn't. The cop told me to argue in court. I was so pissed and can't do anything. Good thing ticketbust.com saved my life!!! I highly recommend them for CA drivers who wants their tickets dismissed.

thanks everyone. i did sleep happy last night but i think i caught a severe cold. couldnt even go to work. I just cant believe she would want to give me 3 more tickets JUST because I failed to cooperate with her ridiculous plea bargain

Nice job. I am surprised the prosecutor really cared that much to make an A@@ of herself. You got to go home, but she has to appear before the judge every day. I am sure that she is a "favorite" of the judge by now.
The good thing is that her conduct will ensure that the judge tries to rule against her in every future case as well (just like in "The Rainmaker")
