My new "toy" arrived yesterday. I'll be updating this thread as I make different things with it, but for now, it's sparkling clean and oh so huge.

That takes the cake for one unique Grill. I'm almost afraid to ask if those headlights actually work.
And you should see the amount of room the rest of the car takes up in the kitchen. |

And you should see the amount of room the rest of the car takes up in the kitchen. Natural Lump is the only way to go! Wait until I break it in with some steaks, dogs, burgers and two racks of pork ribs this weekend   Family concensus says I've perfected the rotisserie Turkey on my other Weber grill, so that job has now been delegated to me come this Thanksgiving :D |
Now you need to work on your ignition techniques.
I'd suggest pouring on a very cold, blue liquid. You can see the technique in action |

Actually I just use my chimney starters and by the time I've got all my gear and meat outside, the coals are ready (<10min). Great thing about natural lump, just toss in another lump and it blends in with the fire. Briquettes take longer to catch on in a lit fire and they also leave a lot of ash behind. |
