So the other day I was exiting off of the freeway (101 to Capitol Expressway) and about 3 car lengths behind an Nissan Altima. We were both taking the off-ramp when I saw his rear wheels slide-out left then right, I must have passed over the same spot because my rear wheels kicked-out left but my DTC light flickers and corrects itself - pheew... however, I see ahead of me the Altima driver over-corrects and spins his car out - there we are sitting on the off-ramp, face-to-face. Luckily the driver is ok, and tells me to pass him.
I realize how much I appreciate the handling dynamics on the E60.
When I hit that slick spot, the car literally corrected itself, preventing a spin-out like the Altima ahead of me.
E60 is a great car!

I remember my first driving meet - my 530Xi actually held its own with the 550's and M5's in the curves. I was hooked. No if's, but's or how's - LOVE the handling. I got side-tracked on some Route 17/Route 4 interchanges today - ran the ramps to the point that my passenger started getting motion sickness
