So I am new at buying things from ebay and wanted some advice if any one can share.

Or should I pay http://cgi.ebay.ca/WESTERN-DIGITAL-500-GB-MY-PASSPORT-ELITE-HARD-DRIVE-NEW-/400198918630?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d2db6e1e6#ht_3501wt_1080 guy around 18$ more and be safe with 10,000+ reputation.
Bare in mind that's IF I win the bid.
I know it makes sense to pay 20$ more (which is not much) but to portable HDD, 20$ is a lot.
