Anyway - what's the big deal? If you like Chrome, use it. If not, stick to IE or Firefox.

Yes but when you set the proxy in Chrome, IE takes that new setting too.

try opera.. i have used it since way back in beta... everything you have ever seen in web browsers was in opera long before anyone else thought of it.
my new fav feature is speed dial, you can tell it everytime you start it to load your favorite pages.
