And yeah, my V1 was going off and I had braked pretty hard. I then saw him as well and it was too late. He pulled out and caught up to Amit. I knew it was a doozer. We were going pretty fast.

Har Har Har... If the truth be told, we actually had a Jetta in between us that was on our tails pretty hard. He wanted to play and he ended up right in between us. Before I had a chance to pull up, it was too late...the trooper tagged us with laser. I braked very hard and Amit kept going until he finally saw the trooper with his own eyes.
So what's the lesson out of all of this? Get a V1 and speed only when the roads are wide open (as they were last night). Just make sure no Troopers are on the road.
PS - I think I'm going to get the K40 Laser Jammer.
