A sad and happy story (If you looks at it that way).
My uncle was chairman of a decently sized software company based out in NYC. However the company went under 6 months ago and he still has not found a job.
The monthly payments (Lease) on his BMW Alpina B7 are becoming more difficult. (House comes before the car). There is still almost a year and half left on the lease.
My dad is thinking of taking over the lease to help him out and also giving him our 04 Camry.
I can?t wait!!! I am relatively new to Alpina BMW and the per month costs are more than a M5 eek. It looks like a great car. It?s a white color (Alpine White I am guessing).
Also my dad took the car for maintenance yesterday and the guy at Flemington BMW told us that only 200 or so were made in 2007. My dad is hesitant and complaining about the lousy MPG but I am sure he likes it. He was going to order a new 2011 750i next summer but I am sure he will enjoy this much better.
Also I get to keep the E60, please pray this happens !

Sorry to hear about your uncle's situation...
Turns out it might be a blessing for you.
One question, if he was a chairman of a decent-
sized software company, what the hell did he do
with all his money?

I'm going with hookers and coke.
Down the drain over the payments of the house and a vacation house. Limited left he is still ?okay?, but he can?t afford the car, or really afford to be wasting money on gas.
