Nice garage there Redstradic! It's nice to see a finished garage instead of the ones that are usually posted where you can see the unpainted drywall and the joint compound...

The floor is not too slippery when wet. You still need to be careful but the main reason for the flakes is to give the floor a little texture. I sealed my driveway over the summer and my driveway is now slicker than my garage floor.
