. j/k .If she's using Outlook, tell her to turn off RTF (RichText Format) - if recipients are using anything but Outlook, they'll have issues with RTF. Attachments may come in as winmail.dat files, and text messages may have the files by the same name that show up as attachments when there isn't anything to attach.
