my first comp was a 386 with windows 3.1

i used dos to type stuff and then print it on my dot matrix printer. i thought i was so cool because i was the first kid in my hood with a computer.

i also had MS flight simulator. it was on 1 (thats right, ONE) 3.5 floppy!
I had me a 386 SX-2 with 2Mb or RAM that I later upgraded to 4 Mb! It was fast at 40MHz and had an SVGA video card that didn't freeze at all when I played DOOM for days and days and days... And then came the 486 with 66MHz and I was, like, "WOOOOOOOW! That is FAAAASSST!!!" I worked my ass off for the whole summer, saving up for the motherboard and the 486 DX-4 processor. When I finally got it, all my friends were like - this is in post-communist Russia, too, so computers were scarce, to say the least. And having one at home - I had to actually conceal the fact that I have it. I remember I typed a school paper on it and my moms got all pissed off and made me write the paper by hand bc I was like one of 3 or 4 kids in my school that even had a computer - much less a printer... those were the times - floppy disks, dial up modems (with nothing to connect to)... eeeeehhhhh

Of course! I'm just seeing what I want to download. I need a bigger hard drive.
This is why I enjoy 4Terabytes of space
Maybe I'll give this second subscription to my 12 year old sis. LOL.

Private chat room link?

Btw, has anyone had any luck in having downloads associated with their TechNet subscription?
Seems that I have access to the keys, but very limited as far as downloads go.
