She lost both her parents to a murder that she experienced personally, in addition to the countless others that she personally witnessed lose their lives. Yet her testimony is accurate, truthful, void of anger/hate, and spot on.
To avoid the regret that she must live with daily, I too may choose to ignore the law..., if our lawmakers ever presume that they are more capable of protecting me and mine through their endless rhetoric and delusions of grandeur, and strip me of that unalienable right.
Good thing all those laws banning murder in Texas were able to jump in front of all those innocent people and protect them.

Right on! I am a former police officer and proud gun owner. People that speak of violence and shootings because of guns are ignorant. Criminals will get their hands on guns no matter what. If they ban handguns, then only people that are going to have them are going to be the criminals...I'm not a redneck, white trash, ghetto...I'm just a responsible gun owner that believes in his and our right to own.
