Three problems:
1) Currently, it only works on microwaves of a given frequency range. Not sure if it's the same as radars frequencies... and the cops can still see you anyway.
2) You need a car that's smaller than 5"
3) Cops will soon revert to sonar rather than radar, so we are back to square one
but apart from that...
