LOL, can't blame the brick and mortar restaurants since they're getting owned by all the trucks out there, but it really boils down to the fact that if your food is good, people will buy it, regardless of whether its from a truck or b&m.
On a side note, sucks that I couldn't buy tickets in time for the food truck festival at the Rose Bowl. Perfect op to try tons of food trucks without driving and following them everywhere.
