When you look at the image you see a firetruck ahead of the Google maps car, crossing another road. On the left there is a woman on a bicycle.
In the missing image you could see the woman has fallen off the bicycle and is on the ground, as the Google maps car drives by.
In the next image you see the fire truck is gone and the Google maps car had obviously stopped to help. The woman is now standing on the sidewalk with her bike and a pedestrian is with her. This pedestrian you can see on the first image on the far right.
