guessvvhoo, glad to hear you got your thing back. i was not as lucky as you. i ordered a small purse for my gf for her bday and waited a few weeks but no luck. i called up the shop and they said they already sent it out through fedex. i made so many phone calls and finally they found out the carrier delivered to the wrong unit and the guy in that unit signed for it 
. talked to the bldg mgr and she talked to the guy but he denied it . the whole thing took me almost a year and the shop finally sent me back a $1,500 check along with a small gift because the purse was discontinued

Did you pay by credit card? If so, you might be able to have the charges reversed due to goods not received.
