Does America only have one kind of cheese? It seems bizarre that Britain, France, Germany and Italy would all have about 1,000 kinds of cheese each, but America only has one, and in an inspired piece of creativity called it "American Cheese".

What you trying to say?

The best cheese has to be Gouda...gouda and tomato on whole wheat...amazing.

I'm trying to say "Does America really only have one kind of cheese?".

My favourite cheeses, if we're talking cheese:

1. Cathedral City Mature Cheddar (England)
2. Pecorino Mature (Italy)
3. Cathedral City Cheddar (England)
4. Pecorino (Italy)
5. Red Leicester (England)
6. Parmiggiano Reggiano (Italy)
7. Gran Padano (Italy)

followed by a whole array of cheeses from Germany and England.

I forgot to mention that for sandwiches we make here at the house, the most common condiment I use is Pesto Sauce!! It adds amazing flavor, also spread on bread with a little parmesan cheese on top and cooked like garlic bread it's absolutely awesome!

Mmmm... Deli....

It's basicly my Soul Food.
I worked in a deli for 3 years, I have constructed some awesome sam-a-ches.
Favorite one,
Grilled Challah(egg bread)- Slice it thick because it's going to get flattened out when you grill it (use real butter)
Thinly sliced Brisket, I SAID THIN
Melted Provalone cheese on top of Brisket.
Add some Ranch to task and enjoy

Second has to be Chopped liver and Pastrami on Double baked Rye, Melted swiss with Russan(1000 island) Dressing

Soooo hungry now..

I'd completely forgotten that Switzerland also has only one cheese.
