Yeah... nicotine is a powerful nerval poison.
This is how things are.
Nicotine is the most addictive drug ever found by mankind.
First fule is that you have to learn to like the use of it, then you are addicted.
No form of tobacco tastes good, thats it.
Anyone who says something else is addicted to nicotine.
Once addicted the less you use the more you suffer to get the next pleasure to smoke.
The addiction is not physical only psykic.
Do the right thing and stop smoking today, I did !

Once a year , after too many drinks ,I usually smoke one........... up here we can buy Cubans in corner grocery stores

That's bullshit. I smoke about six cigars a year, usually at a party, wedding, the holidays, whatever. I don't inhale, and I do like a good Punch, Romeo y Julieta, Padron, or Cohiba. I don't spend the other 359 days of the year jonesing for a smoke. Cigarettes are another story--it's not pure tobacco, it's mixed with all sorts of chemicals to accentuate the addiction process, plus you inhale it. Apples and oranges my friend.
I have a humidor at home, filled at various times with 10 to 100 cigars of various blends and brands. Some weeks I smoke 2 or 3, some weeks I smoke 1, and most often I go several weeks without smoking any. I "dipped" tobacco for > 10yrs. That was a bitch... but I quit cold turkey 5 yrs ago. Cigars are nothing!
