Server = Not sure to be honest, but speed tests to other servers are around 5-8 mb per sec transfer speeds.

The thing that frustrates me to high hell is I average about 100k a second download from this server to mine (it's in germany, I'm in ME so no big shock I guess), but if I download 10 files at once, they all get around 100k! So how come I can easily get 1mbs down over 10 files, but only 100k for a single file, regardless of the time of day (speeds increase to 150k'ish on non-peak times).

No problem glad it helps! The only other thing I can think of is QOS settings on your routers.
