Started out with a 1984 Mercedes 190D when I was 15, and worked my way through a total of 7 cars to get to the 2004 530i when I was 20. I'm 21 now. I don't know how the rest of the younger guys did it, but for me, it was all about buying the right car at the right time and making killer deals. I managed to make money on just about every single car I bought. That thrown in with an addition $5,000-$10,000 here and there and I managed to go from a $5,000 Mercedes that I bought from my grandparents to a $50,000 BMW.
