ok ok. let's say that was your site and you needed to add a new news item to the main page. instead of calling up your web guy, you could go to something like http://srautogroup.com/cms and login with a username/pw. once logged in there would be a section called "add a new news item" with a text box like when you type a new post here and a place that says upload picture. so you do that hit save and when you go back to srautogroup.com there is your new news item.
