Sounds like Spiccoli to me.
Ding! We have a winner!!

(I think the actual quote was more like "My old man's a television repairman -- he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.")

Excellent reference Rudy!

Here's the scene:

after Spicoli wrecks Jefferson's car
Jefferson's Brother: My brother's gonna kill us! He's gonna kill us! He's gonna kill you and he's gonna kill me, he's gonna kill us!
Jeff Spicoli: Hey man, just be glad I had fast reflexes!
Jefferson's Brother: My brother's gonna shit!
Jeff Spicoli: Make up your mind, dude, is he gonna shit or is he gonna kill us?
Jefferson's Brother: First he's gonna shit, then he's gonna kill us!
Jeff Spicoli: Relax, alright? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.

I hope it was insured...
At what altitude did he fall from and how fast I wonder? Looks like a nut from Europe?

You can see Ferrari innards for at least 1/4 mile.

Is that a matching Ferrari jacket laying next to the center divider?

I've seen it on another site, the guy was 41 years old and died. From the text you can also read that he drove 256km/h on a 80km/h road. Maybe not the smartest thing to do...

How long are they going to wait to get that guy out of there?

Until he's cold! Clearly there is no reason to rush, the morgue is open 24 hours. But look at that light/sign post. That's why they install the breakaway poles most places. It should have snapped off at the base on impact and this poor guy would probably still be alive...
