My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.
I think an extra $24K in the bank would make anyone happy. I'm sure Brett will think of something fun in the future.

I agree you should totally do it. I mean, with that trade, you could come out with 2 cars. I purchased my 545i for LESS than the dollar difference you are getting after you get the Acura. My car is almost fully loaded minus rear heated seats and screen shades plus I still have CPO warranty too.
Obviously you wont do that, but the point is you are getting such a good trade out of it.. if I were you I'd almost feel guilty doing it since the person getting the short end of the stick is your BF's mom!
