I spend very little time in Krak?w - I'm mostly in Warsaw and sometimes in the Katowice area with industrial clients. Are you per chance involved with the Delphi plant in Krosno? Three guys did an interesting MBO deal on part of the Delphi shock absorber factory there recently.

Best Regards

Thats absolutely beautifull! How much does such an appartement cost?
Thks !
It's depending what you want ... but a luxery appartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all comfort near the coast can quickly cost 600K euros ... but there are appartments that cost more then a million euros over there ... and then you also have to buy a boat and you're rocking
A few years ago when we bought our appartment it wasn't so expensive but now since a couple of years you pay for the same appartment 2 or 3 times the price we bought it !! Crazy isn't it ...

Me too!! I will try and find my pic too.
I love Port Grimaud, we are looking for a property there at the moment, but they are getting so expensive!! :'(
Cool!!

We had a speedboat with us in France (some of our freinds from Denmark had it on a trailer), so we did a lot of waterskiing, and took the boat into Port Grimaud and St. Tropez...

Ths picture is from Port Grimaud from the boat

Hmmmmm. I'd be concerned that Warsaw real estate is becoming like a bubble ready to burst. All the 20something year olds around me - even the 2 years out of school receptionists are fully leveraged and buying apartments left and right on 100% debt. This is usually not a good sign :'(

I've sold two plots in Warsaw recently - one close to the centre and one on the outskirts that we acquired as investments about 10 years ago. Today I would be looking further away from Warsaw. If you can still buy farming land in a nice area in Mazury for 1 Euro per square metre then it will probably go to 2 Euro in two or three years and that's a 100% gain and more likely than the Warsaw land going from 500 to 1000 EUR. On the other hand apartment prices in Warsaw have skyrocketed so even with the crazy land prices you can probably still make a killing.

PM me if you want to discuss this further. All the best.
