this has hit most of the major blogs, forums on the net, and a whole new twist has happeded, APS got a court order to get the thread taken down from the vortex...

Apparently the APS guys DON' T KNOW the power of the net.. Most of you all remember the M3 guy that got shafted on ebay right?

The saga has moved over here , it was pretty entertaining

This reads like a novel. I confess I was fascinated and read the entire blog. Other than the misspellings, this reads like a book. It is a typical little guy vs. the man story. Good for him! You go dolly man!

I the whole thing too and was fascinated with the outcome. I can't wait to hear what happens.

Things have been eerily quite since the so posed legal "assisted" lock and take down at the vortex... Not much has been said since Friday , just tons of media and people asking for updates....

There Are some updates....
THE Smucks at APS are trying to sue Dolly man for invasion of privacy , due to him posting the managers pict on line....
Now think about this, the Manager was on Dolly mans property by the street...
again check the parking enforcement forum for more info and updates...

I didn't read the entire saga (who the hell has that much time?) but even though I think dolly man is more right than wrong, I do think he crossed the line when he posted the manager's name and other information with his picture. He didn't need to do that -- he should have kept on the other side of the line. Dolly man even covered his own face when you put up pictures of himself -- why would he think it was okay to post the manager's picture without permission? Even if legally he's able to do so, he should've been smart enough to not go there.

Don't know what will come from the manager's lawsuit but when these internet-enabled cases get a life, it's always smarter to play your cards carefully!

At least he didn't post a picture of the manager's feet!!! or worse, his pink couch!! Man, this forum is just waiting for some sort of obscenity suit with the crazy pics that get posted around here.
