Does anyone know of a free, on-line source for Dodge TSB's ? I have a friend with a 2002 Dodge Durango. The engine failed because of sludge build-up. I understand this is a very common Dodge problem, but Dodge is refusing to repair by blaming the issue on the owner and claiming a failure to change the oil frequently enough. I am trying to fins some evidence, hopefully from Dodge itself, acknowledging the problem. I have read that there is a TSB on the issue, but I need a source.

Any thoughts/links would be appreciated (other than "Dont't buy a Dodge" - we have already had that conversation.)
