I have a deliberately reserved very wide parking space. Other cars there that don't really attract my attention are, ML500, CLK 500, RangeRover Sports HSE

When I drive my E60 to work I usually park it inside the parking structure. For about 3 straight days I parked next to a white M5, on purpose of course . The driver parks it far and isolated, away from the crowd so the M5's parking space on both sides are always empty. I put in my 8 hours and go home and the M5 is always there, so my guess is he (or she) comes in early and leaves late. I think maybe one time the driver found out about my parking next to him (or her) and freaked out. So they decided to park somewhere else (on the 5th floor where it is absolutely deserted).

Wouldn't it be fun to keep following the M5? Talk about paranoid. They should know that the little E60 brother wouldn't mess with the BIG brother. That person better just get an old beat up car to drive to work! But I understand where they're coming from.
No, he/she is afraid the boss might find out that he/she is getting paid too might. Hence, come in early, leave late, and park next to no one.

HAHAHHA

Warning: I'm not targeting this to you but... whats up with those comments?

I get that kinda crap from people sometimes... I chose to waste my money on a car thats my fault I dont need someone who gets paied more than me and does less than me telling me I get paied too much... They choose to stuff their matress and pillows with their money and I chose to burn it up.

My boss knows I have nice cars (sometimes I drive my wife's Benz to work too). When he tries to joke with me about getting paid too much money I say to him, "You should pay me more so I can afford these nice cars"

Of course my boss gets paid a ton of money, he owns a "share" of the company. But he chooses not to spend it on a nice car or even a fancy new home. He still drives his old 1995 Toyota Camry and still lives in the same old house. I guess some people are just not "material" hungry. He and his wife would rather have their money in their bank account, knowing they have financial security. But for what? Their kids are all grown up and married. I know he will not retire anytime soon, he loves his job too much. I can understand maybe saving up for early retirement, but not in his case. He will work until he is unable. By that time he will not be able to enjoy his money, health will become an issue.

Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Yup if I have the choice I would get a nice car too (no not MBs) because a wise man once said "you can always sleep in your car, but you can't drive your house"
