I don't think Pakistan or India (Or Iran, or North Korea) should have nukes- but it's too late now, they have them (Except Iran). We (US) should have never let that happen. If we can ever get Russia and China on teh same page with us, we can ensure the spread of nuclear (and biological and Chemical) weapons stops...
