I've used them with no problems. They are reputable. They also operate http://www.techdepot.com (used to be called "solutions4sure.com" for corporate customers, etc.
I think they're actually owned by Office Depot...

Cool! I never have and I just found them through www.froogle.com and their pricing is a lot lower for Garmin GPS products. well not ALOT but like $30 cheaper...
