I usually just give my electronics a little size 13 Nike treatment and then they work just fine

haha. well that problem is gone. today, when i hit "d" the computer just restarted. it was great.

seriously man, a user told me that her screen crashed and its stuck in one view.
i checked it out and her mouse was un-plugged!
