Since no one has started a thread on college football for this season, I thought that I would...
Just leaving the USC v Stanford game...what a heartbreaker for my Trojans! The refs messed up on this game! SC had 1 sec left on the clock in regulation to try a field goal to win the game! Instead, OT...the rest is hostory.

I have no horse in this race, but I have to disagree.
The replay ref looked long and hard at the play, determined that the receiver's knee hit in bounds and then he slid out of bounds, so the clock continued to run. Kiffin was on the other side of the field . . . by the time he asked the official for a timeout, there was 0:00 on the clock.
Wisconsin fans have to feel awful, OSU scores on a broken play / bomb with seconds left in the game to win.

Wow...I guess the AP voters were impressed with SC in that they only dropped them from 20 to 21 on the AP poll.
Can't wait for next weekend's match up between LSU and Alabama...that's going to be an awesome game.

Thanks, bud...maybe if there is a Gerry's meet this coming Friday, and I'm able to make it, we can have a beer (or two) and watch the game!

Pretty quiet out there following the "game of the century". The after parties must have been sumthin'... 
It was a close one. If Alabama had a kicker, the outcome would have been completely different. Good game though.
