The iPod in the car is one of the best features. I've got 1800 songs to choose from (8GB gen 2 Nano). I listen to Coldplay a lot. Every track in their live 2003 CD is great, plus their newer stuff. Although I mostly listen to classic rock (The Who, Tom Petty, anything by Eric Clapton, REM, etc), I do have some newer stuff. My latest mix has Kelly Clarkson, Delta Goodrem, Sara Bareilles, KT Tunstall plus a lot of misc Grammy winners. All are great up tempo driving songs plus I listen to it when working out.

I'll probably really date myself now, but I updated my MP3 player to include among others...Shannon - let the music play, Talk Talk, The Thompson Twins, Depeche Mode, Styx, Psychedelic Furs, OMD, New Order, Human League, Haircut 100, Fixx, Falco, Dream Academy, B-Movie, Bronski Beat, Bonnie Tyler, and Baltimora.
