Scary indeed. Reminds me spying software on PCs. A couple of things to keep in mind:
As a precaution, folks should really leverage the code-based keypad lock on their devices. While this isn't a 100% unbreakable, it is a deterrent and adds a bit of challenge to someone trying to access your device. And never leave your phone out of sight.

FlexiSPY is software you download into the phone. The software then collects all available data and sends it to you web account where you can view it from any computer. It sends the data using the phones Internet connection. The software also looks out for incoming calls with predefined numbers and then silently switches on the phone so you can hear the surroundings or even the phone call ( PRO-X)

No. You need to have the phone physically in your hand for about 15 min. Installation is simple. You simply open up a web page on the mobile and enter your code. The download and install beings automatically
