I bought a guitar last summer and took it apart as a project to redo. I forgot about it and haven't really touched it. I found some extra carbon fiber fabric so I decided I'm going to use it on the guitar. I made some good progress on the guitar today.
Have a long ways to go though, but I'm hoping to model it after this.
Can't decide on the charcoal I have or titanium. I'm still playing around with the fabric on a test piece of wood with cutting and clear coats. Not sure if anyone has applied clears to the fabric pieces on the cars trim. But I've done a few coats and waiting for some to dry now. I'll post pics to see how it looks over the fabric.

My manager is into restoring electric guitars. He just finished one recently...
Titanium for classy look, Charcoal for aggressive look
Can't wait to see the finished product

There was a yard sale I passed yesterday. Had I known I could have bought you a matching tube amp, also in two or more pieces.

Can't wait to see what the Telecaster will look like with the CF finish
If it turns out well, I might just have to refinish a few of my guitars!
