My Ride: 2008 528i: Alpine White/Creme Dakota Leather/Bamboo Anthracite Wood Trim; Premium pkg, Ipod USB (6FL), Xenons, sunroof, Eibach pro-kit 1.2" drop all around, limo tint all around. LED license plate festoons.
Soon to come: M6 replica 19" rims, Angel Eyes mod, fog light mod.
So I just left my house to go somewhere and I see the neighbors gardening person blowing the dust and leaves and stuff off the ground. As I get closer to my car I notice its not an Alpine White anymore. So this jackass blew a pile of sand/dirt/soil/leaves/dirty water straight on my newly washed/waxed car. I was sooooooo ticked off. There was like an inch of crap on my car. I go up to the guy and say "dude your supposed to blow that shit towards the street not other people's driveways" and he says with the two words he knows "im so sorry, you want me to blow off your car" i felt bad for the guy so i just walked away and when i came back home the guy used his blower to blow it all off the car.

yea.. i know the feeling.. when the landscapers come.. i either move it across the street or put it in the garage.. they make a mess with those stupid blowers

I can totally relate to both of you, we have landscapers that come to our community once a month and I always find leaves all over my car. Once I was outside washing my car and they were out there with the blower as the car was wet all the dut would instantly glue to the car. I had to say something and I was not nice about it...I could have handled the situation differently, but I was fed up; well, I might have pissed them off and I noticed more and more of tha behavior. For the last couple of months I just make sure I am not around either go to the gym or to my sister's house just to avoid altrication...not everyone has common sense!

Well, I'm a clean car nut and try to be considerate and expect the same. However, in the guy's defense, I'm sure it wasn't intentional. He's just trying to do his hot, thankless, manual labor job, and get to the next house asap. It sounds to me like you did the right thing by not getting all mad and yelling at the guy, and he did his best to correct the situation. Now that he's aware, it won't happen again, so you just helped out others down the line.

The thing is im not the only person he does that to everyone on my block and ive noticed the way he works on other blocks too. The same. This man clearly has no common sense or doesnt give two sh!ts about others peoples houses/cars.

Next week, suck this guy up into one of these ram air ducts. He'll think twice about blowing anything anywhere after a shot through an X5 M intake.

my apartment complex has some apartments with attached garages, like mine, and we have little driveways. i had just finished waxing my car and pull it into the garage. about 30 mins later i hear a loud leave blower, and i say to myself, damn that is loud. there is the landscaper STANDING IN MY DRIVEWAY, LEAF BLOWER FACING IN, blowing Everything on to my car. undoubtedly it had to 100% be intentional. i ran out of the garage yelling at him, he didnt speak english i guess, he just looked at me in confusion, turned the leaf blower back up and walked off rather quickly
