30 million dollars in guaranteed money and Jamarcus Russell has mailed it in. No reason for him to work for his money - why should he?
He would never survive in 'the real world' where project deadlines & daily pressure are part of everyday life.
The guy is just lazy and doesn't want to work to be better.
WR Darius Heyward-Bey - what a joke! Another blunder on the Raiders management - can't catch, can't run a pattern.
The worst part is after the game, they walk around shaking hands with other people - don't they have any pride? These guys are basically stealing money.
Get rid of Coach Tom Cable - he's a 'Yes' man. Get rid of 'Janourmous Russell' - he's lazy & dumb.
